DStv have made things possible by creating a platform where their customers will get access to some TV channels using internet. You can stream some of the channels on your smartphone, Android TV’s , laptops and tablets. This platform is offered to DStv consumers, and you’re required to submit DStv account details in order to get access on their platform. But one good thing is , one DStv account details can connect up to 5 different devices. In case you don’t have a DStv decoder,. get the details from a DStv user, either a friend or a family member and use it to register on the app.

With the registration, you’ll need some vital details about the DStv account. These are the Dstv decoder IUC number / Smartcard number and the mobile number that’s linked with the decoder. You can use email to register, but the mobile number and the IUC number work’s perfectly. When it comes to the verification, a code will be send to the mobile number that you provide, which is linked with the account. You have to submit this code on the app to complete with the registration. So make sure the mobile number that you provide is active.
Many customers complain about registration errors. I have asses the app and it seems it’s having a problem when it comes to recognizing the account details. You can fill in the right details, but you will still have hard times to complete with the registration. The only solution to this problem is to delete and install the app once again to continue with the process.
