In any situation whereby there have been appearance of the same channel multiple times on your master decoder channel list or you’re finding it difficult to solve a no signal problem, the best option is to format the Master combo decoder to factory defaults and get back a new settings on the decoder.

Follow the steps below to format Master combo decoder:

Press on the Menu button on your remote .

On the menu page look for installation and press OK on it .

On the right side of the page, use the arrow top and down key to select Factory Reset and press OK

Submit the Defaults Password of the decoder which is four zeros ( 0000 )

Press OK to confirm and wait for it to reboot whiles resetting the decoder.
