The LNB out port on the satellite receiver can be used to transfer the satellite signal to a different decoder. For instance, you can install another satellite decoder.with the LNB out port. Which means the second Decoder does not need a satellite dish to work.

RF OUT PORT:
RF stance for Radio Frequency. With RF port, you can transfer the video signal to a different device. On the second TV. On the second device/Tv, you can’t change the Channels on it.
