The default password will be needed whenever you’re to reset your quality advanced S2 Decoder to factory defaults, or to lock a particular channel. Since the default password are almost the same on every satellite receiver, it’s not safe sticking to it.

Press menu on the remote and look for system settings.

Select lock control and press OK .

Press OK on change password from lock menu.

Submit the old password . It should be four zeros(0000) if no one have ever changed it.

Add a new password and confirm with the same figures

Press OK on exit for it to save.
